That depends on many variables--the size of your company, the number of IT personnel, the complexity of your IT infrastructure, your compliance requirements, the previous cybersecurity work you may or may not have done, the external cybersecurity pressures being placed on you, the commitment level to security by your management, where you are in your cybersecurity maturity process...and more. Most companies use between 5-20 hours per month.

That is certainly the goal. Odds are we are doing a better job of vetting potential CISOs than you are able to do. It makes sense that you can trust our vCISO at least as much as your could trust a CISO you vetted and hired yourself.

Temporary or permanent replacement of your vCISO could occur for a variety of reasons. They cannot continue working for health or other reasons...they are not suited for a particular task...their work product does not meet yours or our expectations. In any case, we notify you of the change and provide a replacement vCISO. Again, you are under no obligation to accept any replacement candidates and you have no further entanglement with previous vCISO.
Yes, all of our employees' and/or subcontractor's work is fully covered under our cybersecurity insurance policy. We are happy to provide more detailed information on this subject to customers.

Once you have met and are happy with your new vCISO, we will execute some Agreements (Mutual NDA, Master Services Agreement (MSA), and Statement of Work (SOW)). Then it's time to go to work.

Yes, you must commit to an initial contract of a minimum of five (5) hours at a vCISO rate of $300 per hour. Once we work through those five hours, you will have various options to engage your vCISO further.
